WEICON PTFE Spray is a dry, grease-free PTFE-based lubricant that also acts as an effective release agent. It forms an adhesive coating on metals, plastics and wood and, thanks to its high PTFE content, significantly reduces the coefficient of friction.
The coating created repels dirt, dust and water and is resistant to oils, greases and many chemicals. PTFE Spray is suitable as a long-term lubricant for slideways and rails, belt and roller conveyors, chutes, windows, cutting and packaging equipment.
It can also be used as a waterproof coating for paper and cork seals and gaskets or as an alternative to silicone separators. It is ideal wherever grease lubrication is not permitted, suitable or desirable.
