TightLok Flex 30ml

TightLok Flex is one of the most versatile thread lockers on the market. It consists of a patented blend of thermoplastic elastomer resins that retains its flexibility after curing and effectively absorbs vibration.

A combination of inert (non-reactive) amorphous resins creates a strong, semi-rigid layer between the mating threads. This layer dampens vibrational energy transmitted across the threads, thereby preventing the connection from loosening spontaneously and losing clamping force.

Thanks to its unique composition, it allows for the repeated assembly and disassembly of fasteners without loss of functionality. Treated connections are adjustable, easy to disassemble, and reusable, making it an ideal solution for vibration-prone applications and joints requiring frequent maintenance.

Instructions for use:

Shake thoroughly before each use. Apply a length of the product equal to 1 to 1.5 times the diameter of the fastener, ensuring it fills 30–50% of the threads. Although the material is dry to the touch within a few minutes, allow it to cure for at least 30 minutes (the longer, the better), depending on the size of the part. The fasteners are then ready for assembly or storage for later use.
