LOCTITE Frekote 770-NC is a general purpose, solvent-based, semi-permanent release agent for modern composites and polyester parts. It has high slip, fast cure at room temperature and produces a high gloss finish on molded parts.
It is suitable for most composites and a wide range of polymers. Its high slip also makes it ideal for applications where more complex mold geometries can pose problems.
Frekote 770-NC is applied to the clean mold surface by spraying, brushing or using a clean, lint-free cotton cloth. Up to 4 coats are typically applied, allowing 5-10 minutes for each coat to dry. Local touch-ups can be performed if necessary.
