Frekote 44-NC is a solvent-based, semi-permanent release agent for modern composite materials. It does not stick to the mold and minimizes the risk of contamination transfer to the product surface. This reduces the need for cleaning before subsequent bonding or coating. It also has high thermal stability.

The product is applied in 3-6 layers on the clean surface of the mold. The application can be done by rubbing, brushing or spraying a thin, continuous and even layer. Let each layer dry for 15 minutes before applying the next layer.
