T2C 539-55 Laser-Markable-Foil, Self-adhesive
T2C 539-55 is a high-performance polyimide label material with UL 969 certification, optimized for laser marking. It is designed for applications that require a robust identification solution in extreme conditions.
Labels made from this material offer high chemical and temperature resistance, up to 300 °C for 90 seconds.
Material Properties
Base film: 1 mil (25 µm) white polyimide.
Adhesive: Highly durable permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA).
Top layer: High-opacity white layer with static dissipative properties, designed for precise laser marking.
Laser Compatibility:
Compatible with lasers: CO2, YAG, UV, and Fiber Diode.
Enables sharp and durable marking of text, barcodes, or graphics.
