LOCTITE 3619 is designed for bonding components to the surface of printed circuit boards prior to soldering them with solder wave. It is particularly suitable for applications where fast dispensing, high spot profile, high wet strength and good electrical characteristics are required. LOCTITE 3619 has been used successfully in lead-free processes with water or alcohol based fluxes at conditions as listed in the Environmental Resistance section.
